This roomy, quiet home is rural, at the city limit with nearly a half acre of yard at your disposal. 2000 sq. ft. home, 3 bedrooms, futon/bed and 2 full baths, & laundry room with lots of parking. 5 min. to the Lake of Egypt, & centrally located to the Shawnee Forest, Giant City State Park, & only 20 min. to the bike trail & Ferne Clyffe State Park. Perfect for fishing, hunting, hiking or just enjoying the view. Great for work crews with room to park a utility trailer. 16 miles from SIU.

Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.
