Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Great Location, clean and comfortable unit in newer building with beautiful rooftop pool area overlooking Banderas Bay. Close proximity to Malacon, Zona Romantica, cute local restaurants and shops. Just know there are some steep hills if you are walking! Only little thing was that there was no washer/dryer on the premises but there are lavenderias nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

My stay at Israel’s apartment in Centro, Puerto Vallarta, was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly located in the heart of Centro, this cozy spot is just steps from the Malecón, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, and a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and local markets. It’s the ideal base for diving into the city’s culture and charm while having a comfortable place to recharge. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay—a comfy bed, a functional kitchen, and a nice little balcony for morning coffee. Israel was an outstanding host—super responsive. Check-in was a breeze, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The Centro location is unbeatable. I walked to beaches, galleries, and nightlife in minutes, yet the apartment was quiet enough for restful sleep. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, this place is perfect for experiencing the heart of Puerto Vallarta. I can’t wait to return!

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

Liked the house and Jesus was very kind and responded fast to our questions

We loved staying in her place all the hosts were super friendly and in constant communication with me and my family, they are very friendly and even my dog felt like home.

This house is unbelievably comfortable and gorgeously decorated. Jaime has set up this home to meet all of your needs, to the point where we only left for grocery/supply runs. The private pool is worth the house alone, but having the ability have the giant doors open makes the home airy and so cozy. Jaime was also quick to respond for anything we needed, and even helped my fiance, who requested a bouquet of roses to be waiting for me as a birthday surprise. Jaime met us at the house to welcome us and answer any questions we had, and came by to wish us well upon our departure. We will absolutely be back! Loved every single minute of staying at this home!

I thought it was a super comfortable house, everything was great, furniture, cleanliness, I love every detail, it seems that they maintain it and that's great. I would come back again, even my friends would consider staying with their families there. Angela was very attentive and available, 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Our stay was the best, we loved the place, it was just like the photos, comfortable beds, which for us is also important to rest, I loved that it was close to the Plaza Caracol and Plaza la Isla and from there you can go to the beach on foot or by car since there is an area to park, and the accommodation has an umbrella and beach chairs, cooler. The pool is super clean. It is a quiet place. They have many rules regarding the pool area, but the truth is they are not flexible. Simply put, highly recommended

Great location! Close to the beach and a bunch of really good restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to a few breakfast spots and an awesome sushi restaurant. Beautiful pool and grounds and very safe with 24/7 security. The apartment was clean and comfortable, great wifi and parking included. And Roberto was very responsive and available if you need anything.

The place is exactly as pictured. The sheets were great and the evenings were very quiet! The hill looks daunting at first view, but it is easily mastered. Pool is great and the evening view of all the sparkling lights is gorgeous.

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!

This is a great Airbnb, even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location is perfect--steps from the beach, good restaurants, cafes, bars. The property is maintained extremely well. I especially appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym and the rooftop pool terrace. I would definitely stay here again.
