Our second time staying at this gem of a place with an ocean view one block from the beach. Elíseo is a gracious, helpful and communicative host. We will be back.

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Javi's place was just as described! Beautiful rooftop pool, short walk to beach and great restaurants! The area was very peaceful and safe. All the people we encountered were so welcoming and friendly! Jan (our Concierge) met us at the elevator and took us up to our condo. He took us around the condo and explained everything necessary for a great stay. He was super responsive with my questions too! I would definitely stay at Javi's place again when my travels bring me back to Puerto Vallarta!!

What a wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Well equipped...Amazing views...it was everything like what the pictures depict. Host was very good at responding. Property manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The only issue we had was some dirty showers. There were large clumps of hair in 3 of the 4 showers. The second master shower was not draining until we found a plunger and cleared the drain line. A little gross, but nothing to get too worked up over. Just want the host to know the bathroom showers could have been a bit more clean with a little more detail to the clumps of hair before our checking in. Other than that, the condo is amazing...It had everything we needed...We felt safe and at home all week. The pool and staff were so friendly. Security was very helpful. A wonderful visit and we will be back!

This place is amazing. It has so much character and charm. The private terrace is so cool! You get the best sunset views and it's the best place to hang out during the day or by night. The bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect. You're really close to everything yet it's on a quiet street and you're up quite high so you have a nice private, relaxing place to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Puerto Vallarta.

We had an awesome time at the unit. Devin walked us through and gave us a detailed tour. The unit is really spacious and made us feel at home. We loved the filtered water. I never had to purchase bottled water. The showers are also relaxing and with comfortable beds made our stay even better. The rooftop pool is perfect which also has views of the mountains. Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Luis had the perfect space for us. The location was very close to the beach and many great cafés and restaurants nearby! The neighbour also felt welcoming, however it can be loud at times, especially during the night. Overall, Luis was a great host and we loved his place. Would highly recommend!

Karol's place was beautiful as pictured and clean. She is very responsive. We love staying at the Nayri building, the rooftop is stunning and it is in the middle of all the attractions of the Zona Romantica in PV.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place. Very close to everything but in a pretty quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times, and the best part is that they accept pets.

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Great place, beautiful view!

Couldn’t have asked for more with this condo. The view exceeded expectations and cleaning service came through even though we didn’t request it. Hot tub on the patio was amazing. Lobby smelled awesome and air conditioning in the room worked so well. The whole place really stayed on top of cleaning the whole grounds. Drive was incredibly steep and all cobblestones so we had to take an uber into town every day, but we knew that coming in. Ubers were incredibly inexpensive. Beautiful sunsets every night and firework shows. So great to wake up to the sound of birds and watch the boats float in in the morning.

Great place, it had always caught my attention. We went in the best season, we had the place almost to ourselves, I really liked the privacy and security, we'll be back soon!!! Thank you for everything to the host!!!!

This place was fantastic for our family of five. Great view! Clean. Everything you required was supplied, easy walk to the nice pool. Wonderful location right at the marina, for restaurants and amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay. Sincerely, thank you. Denise & Trevor

Everything was great on our stay. Even though it´s a duplex and there were other guests at the same time, it felt all really private, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and organized and it had everything we needed as we never left during the weekend. Kayla and Roy were available all the time and were very helpful and flexible. We would love to come back any time.

Always love staying at Nima Bay, this was our favorite unit there, we were there for a month. The private roof top is huge and great to spend a lot of time up there. There is also a large terrace on the main floor. The Internet was solid the whole time. The air conditioners worked great as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We as family enjoy it, really feel like home, we cook a carne asada so I mean it like i said “feel like home “
