The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

This property was peaceful and quiet, making it a great retreat after visiting the hustle and bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The on-site restaurant and bar were excellent, and the staff became our friends during the week we stayed. The prices for food and beverages were very reasonable, and the food was delicious! We enjoyed walking up and down the beach from the condo, and I believe that the Icon has the most beautiful private beach area. We will definitely be back.

Super great place and hosts! The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved that it was gated, made us feel safe and right on the beach was a plus! The pools were super nice as well. Overall, super worth the stay and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend Omar’s place. 🙂

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The condo is gorgeous and has a private beach and huge pool and feels so safe and the margaritas are $5 by the pool! All the staff are so amazing and sweet and helpful and alejandra and Julio made sure our stay and check in went smoothly! Could not suggest this place any more it was so amazing we will be back!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The check-in process was very easy and the amenities were spectacular. This place had a rooftop pool with a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The actual Airbnb had amazing views of the ocean, large bedrooms with private bathrooms and plenty of space. Our host John was very responsive and made sure that we were enjoying our time in Puerto Vallarta. I will definitely be back and recommend this beautiful place. Best Airbnb experience ever!!

Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

Our host Adriana took very good care of us from the time we arrived. We took his recommendations to travel to nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The walk to the village is a bit of a heavy climb, but if you're in good shape, you can go back and forth without a problem. I definitely recommend staying at this place. Thank you very much for everything!

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had a problem finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only got to use the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to check in. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

We loved it, the place is super nice and quiet, the apartment is very large and had everything you need, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely come back

Devin and his beautiful home in the heart of the romantic district were amazing! He greeted right away and gave us the personal tour of the home. Plus we got to check in early. He was absolutely charming! The location is great too! Walking distance to great attractions and the beach! Oh!! The pool on the roof is a big plus! Thx Devin, we will see you again!! Spent a week here with the entire family and have To say this was probably the greatest place I have stayed using AirBnB would be an understatement, the photos and description did not do this condo justice. Both the host and Sergio (who met us at check-in) were very friendly and super responsive to even the silliest of questions. :) The unit was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, beach supplies, extra linens, towels, marble floors, amazing quick to cool AC, the sliding door/windows that allow you to open the entire living area to the open air, comfortable outdoor furniture, rooftop pool and gym, outside pools, etc. etc. It was just GREAT!!! The condos proximity to so many great Puerta Vallarta locations (i.e. food in Versailles, everything along the Malecon) was perfect for us! Would definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

This place is absolutely stunning. The open floorplan, the views, the amenities, the warm friendly service at the front desk, the extremely walkable location, the interior design, the infinity rooftop pool area that we always had to ourselves... every aspect of it felt like luxury. The host was always extremely responsive and helpful. I needed to ship a few items to arrive in advance and he ensured they were set aside for me. Once we checked in, we had both a house manager and we're connected with an on-site front desk staff member who made sure we had everything we needed. I also love the fact that it's so centrally located, yet you don't hear a noise from the streets. Just absolute five stars across the board.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

We had a wonderful time at this property, and the host, Douglas, communicated effectively and efficiently thereby making the preparations super easy. The place itself is fantastic, with an excellent bedroom, bathrooms, and living room, and a great balcony with wonderful views of Puerto Vallarta. We would very much like to return at some point, as the condo, the proximity to the beach and restaurants and nightlife were all within a few blocks. And we can just talk about the amazing rooftop L-shaped infinity pool? No words to describe the incredible views and experience of floating above Banderas Bay and Playa Los Muertos.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful balcony’s in the building. We loved our stay. Views are stunning and unit is in great location looking west with panoramic views of the south and north shores of Banderas. We have stayed in the building a dozen times in the last two years and this units is one of the better ones in condition of furnishings and responsiveness of host. Highly recommend.

I really loved this place!,,, a beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Clean, nice furnishings and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely worth the price!

Really enjoyed our stay. Place is big and better than in the pictures. Pool just a few steps from the patio. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Very safe. Very close to the beach. Amy was very helpful with local recommendations. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.
