This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Alessia's apartment is perfect! The proximity to the center, the sea and the services makes it ideal for a stay in Viareggio. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory…. I would definitely go back.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

The apartment is in a small hamlet at a very typical height, there is a parking lot above to park, 5 min from the beach by car. Full of small touches in the apartment left for us! 20 min from the train station by car for the Cinque Terre, I recommend it!

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

The rental was for two nights. Many thanks to the hosts of this beautiful house for creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation! The apartment is beautiful, interestingly decorated, large, bright, clean, on the second floor, the entrance is separate. It is possible to rent for a large family or several families, there are additional rooms. Nice smell of the room. Everything is thoughtful. Comfortable large double bed, bed linen, bedside tables with night lamps, TV, wardrobe. The kitchen is huge. All necessary utensils. The bathroom is large, clean. Towels, hygiene products. Shower with bath. Parking is convenient close to the house. Few minutes to the bakery, where they cook right in front of you incredibly delicious bread and pizza, fresh food. People are helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Very fresh air!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.
