Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Marina di Marittima

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questa splendida casa e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle della Puglia. Marco è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Non possiamo che consigliarla e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

Abbiamo soggiornato dalla signora Giuseppina la prima settimana di giugno. Siamo stati accolti con entusiasmo e ci sono stati forniti dei consigli su spiagge, escursioni e ristoranti. La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Avendo una doppia esposizione la casa offre sia una vista mare stupenda sia un giardino sul retro riparato dove cenare e fare la griglia. Super consigliato!

Tutto perfetto, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, era un piacere tornare a casa a fine giornata e davvero un peccato lasciarla l'ultimo giorno! Tiziana e famiglia davvero preziosi e disponibili. Tutto curato, giardino immenso, molto pulito e sicuro, l'ideale per chi come noi ha un cane che ama perlustrare e curiosare. Ottima base per visitare tutto il salento. Ci torneremo!

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Lage um den Süden Apuliens mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons eu un super séjour dans la villa. Je rejoins les commentaires déjà laissés, la villa et le jardin sont bien mieux que ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos! Super central, à 2min à pied du centre ville piéton. On recommande chaudement! Et Sabrina est joignable, aidante et très sympathique.

This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place. we had everything we needed in regards to supplies - soap, shampoo, full kitchen and washer. very convenient location and close to the sandy beach. Lorenzo and his mother were very attentive to our needs and made certain that our stay was comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again at Lorenzo's place when we visit Puglia again. Wonderful hosts, both Lorenzo and his mother.

Nuestra Estancia alli fue hermosa, me senti como en casa. Francisco nos trato muy bien, destaco que es una persona trabajadora, bueno y amable. Siempre estuvo presente durante nuestra estancia. Estuvimos durante 10 dias y siempre cuido el lugar y estuvo presente, ademas nos convido fruta de los arboles que tiene la casa y siempre fue amable, tambien nos presto la Sombrilla para la playa. Es un lugar que recomiendo enormemente, hay que moverse en auto en la Puglia, pero alli hay Paz y toda la gente que conoci es amable. Nos llevamos un hermoso Recuerdo de Morciano de Leuca y Salve! Viva Marina de Pescoulose y Salento! Las mejores Playas!

De accomodatie is echt perfect, bij aankomst werden we zee vriendelijk ontvangen en stond er een eigen gebakken taatt voor ons klaar. Alles was netjes schoon en in de keuken waren alle viorzieningen aanwezig, zelfs kruiden en olijfolie. In de tuin waan je je in je eigen oase, zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad en de BBQ (voorzien van houtskool) staan ter beschikken. Geweldig en zeker iets om terug naar te keren
