Vacation rentals with a patio in Marina di Marittima

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we had no neighbors above. The terrace overlooking the garden is lovely.

Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor at the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with everything you need for ironing. Down 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park nearby. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

WOW! This is an absolutely gorgeous place. We booked this as it was fantastic location for our friends wedding. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long and as soon as we arrived regretted not booking here for longer. Daniele was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and very responsive. He made us feel so welcome. We were able to check in early as the room was ready and even allowed us to check out late too. He was great for recommendations as well. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos (if anything, better). It’s serene and peaceful and was always very quiet whilst we were there. The amenities are brilliant, well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy and felt very safe. The complex is gated which made it feel very private. We didn’t have long to explore much of the surrounding area but what we did see, was lovely. Honestly 10/10 air bnb, will be recommending to everyone and hopefully be back one day!

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, quiet, and well-organized. The bedroom had automatic blinds that made it completely dark, which really helped us sleep. The host was thoughtful and responsive, leaving us local biscuits, coffee, water, and basic kitchen supplies. She also sent helpful tips for nearby restaurants and beaches. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. A comfortable stay overall — we’d recommend it to other couples visiting Gallipoli.

A real gem! Very tastefully and carefully renovated house. Check-in and check-out with Marco totally straightforward. The location was perfect for me and has a very pleasant environment. Parabita is charming and a highlight for art lovers. Beautiful beaches nearby with water that fascinated me. Excursions to the surrounding towns were exciting for me. Very authentic. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Marco.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern, minimalist and very tastefully furnished villa. The quiet location and the large pool were perfect for relaxing, and yet we were a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Thanks to Giulia and Michele who took care of everything. We would come back anytime!

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

There were two of us in the accommodation for six nights and we were more than satisfied. May is still before the season, so we were alone in the whole street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was not difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easy to reach and friendly!

Wonderful modern interior in historical building with beautiful high ceilings. Pool was lovely and clean, kitchen was pristine and well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. Incredibly responsive host. We would stay at any of the homes by this company. We did not find anything to do in the town, Andrano, not even somewhere we liked for coffee or a bite, but it was very central for wonderful day trips to Castro, Gallipoli and Lecce.

We loved our stay, It was everything we hope for and Luigi was a great host. Appartment was very cozy and clean with brethtaking, panoramic view from terrace. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Otranto it's a beautiful city with a lot of attractions, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, bars and lovely people. We really recomend this place and would come back for sure.

The accommodation matches the description. We had a pleasant stay in a typical house of the region, inland but close to many tourist places, especially on the coast. A quiet place to rest after a hot and active day, full of discoveries. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a plus. And above all, a sincere and warm welcome :-) Thanks for the little touches :-)

Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic tents in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for hosting us and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, shower and kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out so that we could have a good vacation. Even mosquito nets. They even planned a map and recommended lots of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We'll be back with pleasure for our next stay and recommend their accommodation 100%.

Daniela’s was a really clean and beautiful home with every amenity you could want. We had one night here and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Excellent host. Really nice place to stay. Everything we needed and parking was simple.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.
