Family-friendly vacation rentals in Marina di Marittima

We had a very nice vacation! Rooms and breakfast were really great and the hot tub was really great.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star home. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. Breathtaking sea and sunset views. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.

I stayed in this villa with three friends and it was great. The Villa is large, clean and well-equipped, nothing was missing, the pool is always kept clean by the owner. The soccer/volleyball field is perfect for having fun. The host is the owner, they were very kind and helpful and did everything to make our stay perfect. I recommend a car for a perfect stay.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

Loved this apartment in Lecce! It was a great place to relax during the afternoon heat. It was very close to restaurants and within the old town. If ever back, we'd definitely hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Laurita’s. We arrived quite late in the night and herself and daughter was there to greet us and show us around which was very nice of them being so late. The home was immaculate/spotless and very comfortable. We felt right at home cooking up meals but also walking to bars and restaurants near by. Also, the two private terraces were a treat for sunset and wine. If you want to take it easy and go slow this is the place.

Maria Cristina’s place impressed us with its historical beauty, unforgettable Adriatic views, great location, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. The house is well organized: free laundry and parking, heating and AC system in every room, great air circulation and light management, separate dining area, and living room. The front house veranda is very spacious, its overlooking the sea. The area is peaceful and safe with multiple close by restaurants and coffee shops; 10 min walk to the Castro local A&O grocery store; 10 min drive to MAD gym; and a lot of beautiful walks of your choice. Communication has been exceptional from welcoming throughout our entire stay. Emanuela is assisting Maria Cristina with English speaking guests, taking care of any unexpected issues or special requests. We’ve been blessed with hospitality, attention, patience, and flexibility of our hosts. It was a privilege to live in the house with such history and importance to the local community.

A great place to stay if you like it quiet and with a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities and decor were good. Communication was perfect, always available and answered quickly. There were also a few local tips so we didn't miss anything. We would always come back!

The Trullo is a real jewel near Tricase. Located very quiet and peaceful but you can reach the city centre or the sea either by foot or by bike. The Trullo itself is beautifully crafted and well equipped. Communication with Francesco was very friendly and convenient.

Really nice apartment with spectacular sea views. Large well equipped terraces., very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Short walk to bars and restaurants, super clean, super friendly - would happily stay again!

I would love to give more stars! Gaetano's place is just a dream! We felt right at home. The garden is a paradise! Very well maintained! The pool is extremely clean and is shared with only a few guests and so you are often alone here. The loft itself is also very clean and tasteful, puristically furnished. Location is very quiet! Around the corner is a small convenience store. Giuliano di Lecce is a small village from which you can quickly reach many attractions. In my opinion, the best starting point to visit the beautiful sandy beaches on the Ionian Sea and the great caves, bays, etc. on the Adriatic. Of course, a rental car is a must here! Gaetano himself is not on site (but answers questions very quickly and immediately takes care of concerns) but his dear parents, who take care of everything and also take care of the friendly and uncomplicated check-in. It was just perfect!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

The house and garden are really beautiful! We spent many great hours there and even used the pizza oven 😍the place is really highly recommended! Antina is very sweet and helpful, answered every question:-) We were there at the end of September and had many mosquitoes🦟. The location is also perfect, you can see many beautiful beaches and lecce is also only 30-40 minutes away :)
