All our needs and questions were answered and resolved very quickly. The property even surpasses all the details it has been a wonderful stay we didn't want to leave at all. 😃 We will come back to stay. Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

We spent a week in this wonderful little typical house lost in the middle of the countryside. It has a large plot, everything was perfect especially the tranquility of the place, close to the beach, close to the cities to visit (Lecce, Galatina, etc.) the traders and the locals were very warm! I highly recommend for lovers of calm and beautiful places. Grazie mille Francesco!!!

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️
