Family-friendly vacation rentals in Marina di Campo

Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Siamo una famiglia con figlio di 5 anni. La,casa era adatta a noi. Sopratutto con tutto per cucinare. Ottimo avere una lavastoviglie. I condizionatori garantivano una tenperatura sempre gradevole. L'host ci ha supportato prontamente con tutto: cambio lenzuola infrasettimanale causa pipì scappata, uso lavatrice condominiale, fornitura mappe del luogo. Sempre con il sorriso. I parcheggi sono ampii e riparati dal sole. La spiaggia va raggiunta in auto seppure in linea d'aria vicina perché occorre attraversare l'aurelia. Consiglio giro a Follonica sia serale sia di giorno per visitare le belle calette del golfo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Internetverbindung war leider eher etwas mühsam, aber sonst ist die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Lage, schön schattige Terasse zum essen und verweilen. Ausserdem war die Kommunikation mit Alessandra angenehm und wir konnten flexibel selbstständig ein- und auschecken.

Rachele und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Rachele hat uns wann immer nötig mit lokalen Restaurantempfehlungen, Strandtipps und Kinderspielsachen ausgestattet. Der Ort ist ideal um die Mittagshitze im Schatten unterm Baum zu überbrücken.

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

I prodotti che produce l'azienda agricola di Giuliana e Anna sono buonissimi in particolare il vino aleatico e l'olio. Anche le marmellate artigianali che abbiamo potuto comprare direttamente da loro erano squisite e le nostre giornate sono cominciate con delle ottime colazioni a base di marmellata di more. I consigli di Giuliana, Riccardo e Anna sono stati molto preziosi e ci hanno indirizzato nelle spiagge che piacciono a noi. La posizione del loro agriturismo è stupenda e si è immersi in una zona di relax totale.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Die Unterkunft war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie sehr passend, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und insgesamt war es eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre, wor haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebendigen Dörfchen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Dass wir mit ÖV anreisen konnten hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gisella und ihre Familie sind fantastische Gastgeber und sehr herzliche Menschen! Die Wohnung und das Haus sind wunderschön gelegen. Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und genossen die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir kochten meistens in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, in Rio Marina gibt es aber auch sehr gute Restaurants. Check-in und Check-out hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, es ist wirklich ein Traum!

Tolles Häuschen mit allem drum und dran was man braucht für entspannte Ferien. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Baden im Meer. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und das tragbare WLAN ist super!

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

In Wirklichkeit ist Markos Haus noch schöner, als es die Bilder zeigen können! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkt leicht und frisch und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause! Der große Balkon bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick auf das azurblaue Meer, der uns jeden Morgen von neuem erfreute. Der sehr gepflegte Pool hat eine angenehme Größe (ca 16x8 m, bis 2.5 m tief an einer Seite) und wir nutzten ihn täglich. Bequeme Liegen mit kleinem Sonnenschild stehen in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung. Wir liebten die überdachte Terrasse für die Mahlzeiten. Die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, wie auch das ganze Haus!! Von Capoliveri kommend liegt das Haus in einer Linkskurve rechts oben am Berg. (Hinweisschild zur Nummer 6 beachten!) Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein Auto ist hilfreich, um die vielen schönen Strände zu besuchen und die Insel zu erkunden. Marko ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Klare Empfehlung!!

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Il Casale di Giovanni è davvero un' oasi di pace e tranquillità dove ricaricare le batterie dopo un anno di lavoro. A soli 10 minuti in auto dalla belle spiagge libere o attrezzate e da numerosi borghi e paesini caratteristici che meritano una visita. La casa è proprio come la descrizione se non meglio, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Giovanni è un host puntuale, preciso e discreto. In una parola: super consigliato!!

L'alloggio è in una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è spazioso e completamente attrezzato, con un esterno ben curato e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è comodo. La zona mare è facilmente raggiungibile e molto bella, e la piscina di sale è fantastica. Settembre è un mese poco affollato, quindi è più facile usufruire degli spazi comuni. Il bar, forse per il periodo, è poco fornito (niente aperitivi analcolici, niente servizio), ma la posizione e la tranquillità ripagano. Giocoforza, la vicinanza di Porto Azzurro, dove si mangia bene 🍝 e si possono fare belle passeggiate 🚶‍♂️ in un centro molto vivo. La portineria aggiunge sicurezza 👮‍♂️ e rende il soggiorno sereno.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Bellissimo posto, host gentili e sempre indaffarati a rendere accoglienti i luoghi comuni. Molto bella e ben curata la piscina. Il casale è situato in zona tranquilla, in una decina di minuti scarsi si raggiunge il centro di Marina di campo e le spiagge, la struttura offre anche biciclette per spostarsi, anche se forse bisogna essere un po’ allenati per Arrivare alle spiagge. L’alloggio è piccolo ma perfetto per 3 persone, non manca nulla. Soggiornare da Stefania e’ stato un piacere!
