The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story building located on a quiet country road less than a kilometer from the center and the beach of Marina di Campo, easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven and induction plates), a bathroom and a living veranda with two armchairs.

My accommodation is located in the Patresi district of the Municipality of Marciana, western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica from the terrace you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
