This place was very quiet and very clean. Location was great. In a minute, you'll be in the middle of the bustling village. From the terrace, we had a beautiful view of the sea Communication with Carlotta was prompt and very good. Looking for a comfortable and well-served place to stay in Portoferraio? Don't go any further! The apartment is beautiful, brand new and well cared for in everything. Killer feature is the 360° sea view no matter what corner of the house you will always be able to see the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea, also a beautiful glimpse of the Medici fortresses of the center of Portoferraio and its islet. We loved this from home from the first moment we entered, if we return to the island we definitely plan to stay here!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We made us feel very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are provided. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

The house has a terrace with a lovely view, the location for the old beach is really convenient because you can reach it in a minute, with a small child he took our vacation. The beach is really nice. A 5-minute drive takes you to Capoliveri, where you can dine every night in a different restaurant. The house was clean when we arrived and the linens were also impeccable. It needs some routine maintenance that I can expect for a stay at the end of the season, but not for a stay in June. Always available and friendly host. Reserved parking is very convenient.

This family home will allow you to experience a traditional Tuscan holiday as the Italians intended it. This house has been curated through several generations with artefacts from all over the world and amenities that are thought out to make your stay more comfortable. The numerous sitting corners both outside and inside guarantee a beautiful view and the right amount of sun or breeze depending on the weather. This house has been created for enjoyment and Tuscan mellow holidays.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and highly recommend the place! The views from the apartment to the sea are just fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Especially the kitchen was well equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely be back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
