Maurizio war sehr nett und herzlich. Er hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos und alles sehr sauber. Am Strand gibt es Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ist auch in Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

lovely place to be! we got super welcome. Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Appartamento con veranda splendido. Perfetto per una vacanza in coppia o con amici/familiari ad Anzio. Due passi dalla spiaggia. A ridosso del centro, ma in una zona molto tranquilla. 10minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Anzio. Molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia libera di Anzio (grotte di Nerone). La casa ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Host super disponibile e pro attiv* nei consigli sulla zona. Grazie

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in cui ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’alloggio, situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, è dotato di tutti i comfort. Roberto è un ottimo Host, disponibilissimo e simpatico. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerei sicuramente ad alloggiarci!

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement à 10mn du métro, très bien équipé, extrêmement propre et déco moderne. Le grand plus est l'espace extérieur qui permet une pose au soleil après la visite de la ville. un excellent accueil, des conseils et une réponse très rapide à chaque demande. je recommande !
