Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Marina di Ardea

Maurizio was very nice and warm. He gave us tips for the area and showed and explained everything to us. The place is as pictured and everything is very clean. There are restaurants on the beach and a supermarket is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😊

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Beautiful spacious stay with a lovely garden! A 7 minute walk from a metro. Within half an hour, you'll be at the Colosseum. Lovely to be a little behind! There were eateries nearby. We just had some problems with the boiler and sometimes had to wait 10 minutes for the shower to be hot, but everything else is great!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

The accommodation was pleasant in a quiet part of the city (although planes flew over us, it was quiet inside and we slept well), the surroundings are poorly maintained and the houses are old, but otherwise everything is fine, we moved without worries even in the evening, about 10 minutes walk to the subway, near the super store Sacoph. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very nice, she gave recommendations for restaurants, taxi and communicated great. We also found another restaurant nearby and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

An excellent location before or after your flight. Our family of five spent two days relaxing at this lovely apartment and on the beach after our eventful Rome visit. The apartment is close to the beach. There is a great grocery closeby. Also, numerous eating facilities and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and on the beach. The beds were really comfortable, besides a nicely equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The cherry on top is a wonderful private terrace above the flat where you can observe the sunset and later the starry nights. Riccardo was really nice and responsive. He even arranged our transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Such a cute place! Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach, and the best gelato we had on our trip! Paola was an amazing host with one of the cutest decorated places I’ve stayed. She left drinks, a meal, and lots of recommendations. Bed is comfy, house was spotless. Perfect Airbnb

Lorenzo and Sara responded quickly to messages and helped us with everything. The accommodation itself is located far from the Roman bustle, suitable for family holidays and trips around the district. The territory is landscaped, there is entertainment for children, football, a barbecue, a gazebo. The rooms were in a semi-basement with a separate entrance and windows. We were satisfied with everything, there were good rooms, arranged in a homely way. thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

The previous reviews were entirely accurate in their unreserved praise of this beautiful place. We loved every thoughtful detail provided by delightful AnnaMaria and Domenico, the fresh flowers on the table to greet us, the wisteria in our (private!) pergola, the lovingly tended garden, the visit to Domenico's amazing wooden sculptures, the generous food provisions - including their own fresh eggs - the total peace and quiet, the hill views from inside and outside the house. A real haven. Thanks so much.

We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!

We had a great time, accommodation 10 minutes from the metro, very well equipped, extremely clean and modern decor. The big plus is the outdoor space that allows you to relax in the sun after visiting the city. Excellent hospitality, advice and a very quick response to every request. I recommend it!
