The house was spacious, and clean. My family and I loved the place.

The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

We had a great overnight stay at Casa Sebastian with my college friends. The place was clean and peaceful, especially at night. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the second-floor veranda, taking in the scenic mountain views and city lights. The rough road going to the property was definitely worth it once we saw the view. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we’re looking forward to staying at their other Casa properties for more exciting adventures.

We had an amazing stay!!! 🤩🤩🤩🎉 This property is amazing! We stayed there for 2 days we only brought ourselves and a couple of clothes. They have everything we need! We have children and i can say that the house is kids friendly. The house is super clean and the host (Sir Chris) is very very very accommodating and friendly, if we need anything he’s one text away. Definitely staying there again and i’m really looking forward to it! ✅ Highly recommended!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

We had a wonderful stay at Rahu 622. The design of the unit is very well thought out. It is stylish and aesthetically pleasing. We especially loved the open concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making the space feel spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and there was enough room for up to six guests. The extra futon was a great bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which we really appreciated. If we could suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be helpful to have extra blankets and garbage bags available in the unit. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I requested a last-minute extension, and they handled it smoothly. I already have another reservation in July and am really looking forward to staying in this unit again. I highly recommend it.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

The place was a good find, mainly because of its location, about 10 to 15 minutes from U.P. Town Center, which made it easy to access shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated since we needed to get some work done. Internet connection was decent and stable enough for meetings and general use. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a simple, convenient place in the area.

Place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hosts was very accommodating and provided great local tips. We can't wait to come back!

Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . We had a great time during our stay! We enjoyed singing karaoke and playing card games. It was nice that we were allowed to cook since most condo units don’t usually let guests use gas for cooking. It would have been better if there were some basic condiments available. The washing machine, iron, and blow dryer were really useful. We were seven adults, so the living and dining areas felt a bit small to move around in. We also noticed there weren’t any cabinets for storage. But overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

I had a quick stay at this place for a gig and a fun run in Diliman. The location is very accessible, and the unit is clean and comfortable. As an introvert, I really appreciated the self check-in and check-out definitely a plus for me. Chris, the host, was very responsive. He gave clear instructions and helpful suggestions on what to do in the area. The next time I'm in QC, I’ll definitely book this place again!

My family was very impressed by this Airbnb. They felt at home from the unit itself to the amenities. The overall condo was also very great, good view and lots of activities we can do (Swimming in pool, chilling out in the rooftop). The hallways were spacious, feels really relaxing. Everything was just perfect. My siblings are teenagers and they said that it was just great for them and more. They didn't expect to have an amazing accommodation like this. Another good thing is that it is near the LRT, so going to Manila was easier and convenient as we had a lot of activities in Manila (the city). Overall, highly recommended and will be back. We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
