Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

The apartment looks just like the photos. Easy parking, comfy king bed, very clean, very fast Wifi, easy to work from home. It was situated perfectly between downtown and suburbs; which is exactly what we were looking for during our short stay.

Love love the place. Nice house. Very spacious for a big family stays. Mike was very responsive. I highly recommend this place and will book again if going to ATL.

Quiet, clean, and relaxing. I have never stayed somewhere that felt more like home! The Chic Bungalow is a gem and was perfect for our trip. Ideal location for any place to eat, and to visit with family. DID NOT want to leave! Would stay here again and again! Taylor is amazing and attended to every need. Big PLUS is fenced in yard for doggo. She loved it! Will definitely be returning.

A very wonderful and comfortable place with heavy glass shower doors and modern features like comfortable theater seats for watching movies or tv. And a nice kitchen area even though I did not use it when I was there. The host was very responsive to small suggestions I made to the place.

Great stay from St. Louis to Hilton Head . Enjoyed the closeness to the square and it was just as described . Thanks for letting us use your home.

My family and I visited Atlanta for Mother’s Day weekend. The manor accommodated everyone and their needs. They are pet friendly and had a split backyard. So the kids could play, and then the dogs could be outside as well. We absolutely love this Airbnb. It was beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful. Would absolutely stay there again!

Evan is an awesome host. He was proactive in communicating about the information for our stay and checked a few times if we need anything. We were there for a few days for family getaway and this is a great place. A quiet, peaceful and serene neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again in future.

I had the most amazing time at this airbnb. It was a brand new property. The host was amazing and very responsive to my questions. There was easy access to Marietta square as well as downtown Atlanta. The unit was clutter free and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Charlie has done a great job remodeling this home. The inside is remade with quality kitchen and bathroom features. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The entire house was very clean. We loved the side porch! It was super nice to sit outside and visit with family. He has included some thoughtful pieces of furniture too that are very functional and flexible. I loved the whole place!

We were in town for medical reasons and needed a comfortable place to be able to rest and relax after surgery. This house was perfect for our family and dogs. Plenty of space and comfortable couches.

I stayed at Kurt and Sheila's for a little over 2 months as part of a job relo as I was buying a new home. I need a temp space to live and work that would also accommodate my 3 dogs. Kurt and Sheila's place was it! It's a cozy 2 bed/1 bath home that has a living room, eat-in kitchen, outdoor patio area and large fenced-in yard.The wi-fi worked great for work and the 3 TVs were a nice touch.There are 3 closets - one in each bedroom and a hallway closet The kitchen is on the small side, but has everything you need except a dishwasher. The stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen was very convenient. If you need a work space, use the kitchen table! The bathroom is remodeled and clean, but very tight and no real storage space but ok for a short stay. Backyard was great, but small spaces for little dogs to slip through just beware. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Heater worked well. The beds were so comfortable that I bought one for my home! All in all a great 2 month stay - thanks!

It was exactly like the pictures and very clean. It was out of the chaos of the city but close enough to go into town and do something. My husband and I worked at the desk and outside and it was so peaceful. Our kids loved not having to fight for a bathroom which made this trip even better! Pablo allowed us to check out a little later and was very kind. This was our first time staying in Georgia and we will be coming back. Thank you!

The guesthouse made me feel like I was on a mini vacation. The view is amazing and finding the place was so easy. Michael’s YouTube directions was on point to know what to do during your stay. The bed and the bathroom is so pretty and great details on the wall of the flamingo cans. I honestly didn’t need much. Coming back to stay soon. Thanks again rating this place 1000 star.

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the house smelled and looked! Every room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and peaceful. There are so many little touches that made us feel at home, like the tableware and toys for kids, the well equipped kitchen, vacuum in the hallway for quick clean ups, the fenced in back yard, etc. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Nicole was quick to respond to all our questions and gave us all the info we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!
