Bøtøs dejligste sommerhus!

Dette stilfulde sommerhus er på hele 123 kvm på en stor indhegnet grund, og med plads til flere familier, der kan hygge sig sammen. Huset har 4 soveværelser, stort køkken-alrum med pejs, hyggestue med stort fjernsyn, badeværelse med brus og bryggers med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Udendørs findes stor delvis overdækket træterrasse med vildmarksbad og udebruser med både koldt og varmt vand. Derudover stor naturgrund med gamle træer. Huset ligger kun 400 meters gang fra Danmarks bedste strand!

Kun 1 minut til stranden

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette rolige og afslappede sommerhus. Helt nyrenoveret i 2022. Helt ugeneret baghave med plads til leg,hygge og vildmarksbad. Når du parkerer bilen kan du kigge ned af den lille sti til stranden. En af de bedste strande med kun 60 meters gang fra boligens grund. Helt unik beliggenhed. Marienlyst by ligger kort køre afstand hvor der er supermarkeder, restauranter, minigolf, og den bedste isbutik. Det er privat hus, så der er rent og pænt, men ikke hotelstandard 😊.

Der er 142 m2, med 9 sovepladser fordelt på 4 værelser. 2 badeværelser. Dejlig have med træterrasse og havemøbler. Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe og brændeovn. Huset bruges også privat, og der er derfor et værelse som er lukket af, da det bruges til opbevaring af private ting. Vi ønsker ikke at leje ud til ungdomsgrupper.
