Lovely little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to quiet and relax in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with dining area, and large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

Vacation home close to the square in Marielyst, short walking distance to sandy beach and 1.8 km to 18-hole golf course. Stay secluded but in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops, holiday atmosphere, activities, walks and fun. Close to public transportation. The home can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday during the summer high season. The rest of the year is free choice. Check-out at 11 am, and check-in from 4 pm. Not for rent to youth and craftsmen groups. Bed linen can be rented. incl. electricity and water.

Our cottage is close to Marielyst Strand, named the best beach of the year in 2013-2015. There are several good restaurants and eateries in the area. There is a fantastic view of the water at the beach. You will love our home because of the coziness and the light. It should be noted that in some periods, it is only possible to book cottages for whole weeks (Saturday-Saturday), this applies especially to weeks 26-32, Easter, autumn holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year, send a message with your wishes and we will get back to you.

NOTE: Wilderness bath (not spa) Enjoy your holiday in this peaceful and yet centrally located summerhouse on Marielyst, about 800 meters to the square, where there are several restaurants, bars, clothing stores and shopping opportunities and about 1000 meters to the water and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. There is no cable TV, but there is a smart TV. Marielyst golf club and golf & fun Park are both within 1 km. Marielyst fishing lake/angelsee is 1.5 km away and Bøtø nature park is about 5 km away NO EV CHARGING
