Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Enjoy the beautiful sunset, great hiking and biking, and the opportunity for fishing and rich birdlife. Nice little kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating. Cozy living room with access to the lovely wooden terrace, which is screened. 1 floor is utilized with 2 rooms. There are 2 lovely wooden terraces, one facing east and one facing west, as well as a balcony, there are magnificent views from both the terrace and balcony.

 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV.

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. The area is certified Dark Sky area, so on a clear night you can sit in the hot bathtub with the Milky Way right above your head. The only noise is that of mother nature, the birds, the waves and the deer. The house sleeps up to 6 people.
