The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a truly wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house at DR1 (2014). The well-furnished 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceiling fits perfectly for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. All year round, bathe in "Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk in the summerhouse area Kongsnæs, on a closed undisturbed main road. The tastefully decorated, high-quality cottage. The house has underfloor heating.

Fantastic 180 ˚ sea view, one hour drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy cottage is located. Here you will return to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can be surfed/streamed from the grid. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a swing, trampoline, sandbox and fire pit. There is a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation in 2021, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

From the house there is 200 meters to public bathing jetty and cozy Kalvehave Harbour with yachts and summer atmosphere.
