The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

During the summer high season, the accommodation can only be booked from Friday to Friday. Then you can participate in all the fun events that take place during the weekend. The rest of the year is free choice. Late check-out at 11 am, and check-in from 4 pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Unique location. Marienlyst town is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, and the best ice cream shop. It is a private house, so it is clean and tidy, but not hotel standard😊.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.
