Wonderful bright cottage close to forest and beach

Beautiful and bright cottage with plenty of space and room for kids. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, which makes it possible to play a good football match of football. There is also a play tower with a slide and swings as well as a trampoline. There is a Weber Gas Grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Only 400 meters from Gedesby's child-friendly sandy beach is the Nyager house, an original Norwegian log house with interiors of personal flea finds and decorated with retro wooden furniture that gives the house a lovely scent of pine. The house on the large property is surrounded by blackberry bushes and trees. The long driveway is shared only by 3 holiday houses and the view is for trees and shrubbery. Enjoy the large wooden terrace with an outdoor kitchen or take a nap in the hammock and let the tranquility of your holiday sink. 🤗

The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching DVD movies (for children and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox as well as a covered terrace. There are bicycles for a ride in the Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bedding and towels. The house must be left in the same condition as when you receive it. The perfect summerhouse for the family to have a good time. Cosy, functional with large terrace and only 90 sec walk from the beach. The house can accomodate up to 6 people. The cottage has a lovely ambience with classic wood feel combined with lots of light from the many windows. The lawn surrounding the house provides plenty of space for play, picnic and fun. Bring your sleeping bag and spend a night in the shelter or lay on the big deck and gaze at the stars which are very visible here.

Cottage of 150 sqm, located on a beautiful natural plot with south facing terrace. The house is located 200 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches at Marielyst. The house is thoroughly renovated and extended (2022/23) and is furnished with living room, dining area, open kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms with sleeps 8 and a sauna. Washer and dryer. The terrace is partially covered, so lunch can be enjoyed in the shade, and cool summer evenings can be extended by the fireplace.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
