The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

NYT! Sommerhus 50 meter fra havet

Lad roen sænke sig i dette nyrenoverede sommerhus med plads til 6 gæster i 3 soveværelser. Huset er charmerende og hyggeligt, men har alt i moderne luksus og brændeovn. Det ligger på en stor naturgrund med Danmarks bedste strand kun 30 meter væk. Fald i søvn til lyden af havet og nyd solen på de mange træterrasser eller i hængekøjen. Det er muligt at tilleje saunatelt med brændeovn, som kan sættes op i haven. OBS: Gæster bedes medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder etc. Og EL afregnes ved afrejse.

Efter en dag ved stranden er der god plads på terrassen til leg og afslapning og når aftentid nærmer sig, så står grillen klar til hyggelige sommeraftener. Huset tilbyder 2 fine værelse, en hyggelig stue, køkken med alt udstyr og spiseplads til alle gæster. Tager man terrassen i brug, så er der også plads til gæster. Huset har også gode parkeringsforhold, wifi og TV.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette rolige og afslappede sommerhus. Helt nyrenoveret i 2022. Gode materialer og godt indeklima. Helt ugeneret baghave med plads til leg, spil, hygge og vildmarksbad. Når du parkerer bilen kan du kigge ned af den lille sti til stranden. En af de bedste strande med kun 60 meters gang fra boligens grund. Helt unik beliggenhed. Marienlyst by ligger kort køre afstand hvor der er supermarkeder, restauranter, minigolf, butikker og den bedste isbutik.
