It is located on a large natural plot with Denmark's best beach only 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood stove, which can be set up in the garden. NOTE: Guests are requested to bring bed linens, towels, etc. And electricity is settled upon departure.

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Beautiful and bright cottage with plenty of space and room for kids. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, which makes it possible to play a good football match of football. There is also a play tower with a slide and swings as well as a trampoline. There is a Weber Gas Grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Only 1 minute to the beach

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Good materials and good indoor climate. Completely secluded backyard with room for play, games, coziness, and wilderness bath. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Absolutely unique location. Marienlyst city is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, shops and the best ice cream shop.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
