We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite quick and easy. The apartment is a bit spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is beautifully located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, close to a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is beautifully maintained. Please note that in the apartment the bedroom on the second floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

Julia and her family welcomed us very warmly and the hospitality was clearly noticeable from start to finish. The farm is also run by the family with a lot of passion - we even got a tour of the cowshed. Our room was on the second floor of the private house and very clean. The pine bed gave us a deep sleep. The view from the terrace is a dream and the location pleasantly quiet. We felt very comfortable here with baby.

We were fully satisfied with the stay. Everything was available in the accommodation and we didn't lack anything. From the property you can quickly reach the nearest ski resort by bus. Other skiing resorts (Zillertalarena, Kitzbühel, etc.) are also easily accessible by car. The communication was very pleasant as the host controlled a lot of information on his own. The stay with our dog was also great, as there are many opportunities to enjoy the four-legged friend in the area and to stretch your legs again after a day of skiing. All in all: very good and happy to come back!
