Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

With three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and two bathrooms (one of which is accessed via the courtyard), it offers enough space for up to six people. The generous yard with the big 9 x 3 mts pool offers you a private atmosphere.
