The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Mareuil-sur-Lay, a small Vendée town crossed by its rivers, between nature and sea. Beach 30 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, La Rochelle 45 min, hiking nearby... You will stay in the oldest town house in Mareuil, dating from 1617... renovated in 2010, and redesigned by me in a workshop spirit You are in the town center with all amenities within walking distance Gîte run by an "upcycling" designer, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and possibility to visit the workshop.

Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.
