The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Independent 40 m2 studio: This simply decorated studio is close to the beaches (20 min) "La Faute, La Tranche sur Mer, Les Sables d'Olonne (40 min) and La Rochelle (40 min). It is ideally located for visiting points of interest, Puy du Fou (1 hour), O'Gliss (15 minutes), Green Venice (1 hour) and be able to go home to rest in a quiet environment. You can enjoy sun loungers on a private terrace in a wooded area.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door.
