Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Wir waren während zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie in der Wohnung von Helene. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber. Der Pool und Whirlpool das grosse Highlight. Die Lage war für uns super. Ruhig gelegen aber sehr nahe zu Bastia und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um das Cap Corse zu entdecken. Helene ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns rundum verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merci à Émilie pour son accueil chaleureux et très amical. D’une simplicité et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire franchement merci à vous. Vous êtes superbe comme vos logements ne rien changer. Accueil digne d’un service luxe, les conseils, les magasins, bars,restaurants, plages, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. La piscine nickel, Émilie vous montre chaque recoins de ses espaces. Fleuri, propreté au rendez-vous, parking, logements propre et refait à neuf. La terrasse vraiment un plus. Chambres spacieuses et rangements multiples, cuisine équipée, coin salon correct et spacieux aussi. Salle de bain neuve, de magnifique finitions ainsi que sur le choix du matériel pur et élégant. Comme l’hôte Émilie. Allez y, vos vacances seront réussis vous vous y sentez très bien, Émilie à votre disposition à n’importe quelle moment. Merci aussi pour les poivrons venu directement de votre potager personnel vraiment succulent ! Vous êtes au top ! Solaire, disponible, serviable et très bon guide !

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem superschönen Haus verbracht. Unsere Hunde hatten viel Platz, um im Garten zu spielen. Besonders gut hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen. Edwige hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten.

Great location - close if you are flying into/from the Florence airport - extremely close to to Villa Antinori - Dario Ceccini in Panzano - San Gimignano - Siena, etc. Pictures are representative of the apartment - grounds exceed the pictures. Grounds are very well maintained. The pool is exceptional. Great cats and dogs to welcome you throughout the day. Kitchen is very workable, knives are sharp, gas stove and kitchen utensils are stocked and ready for your carbonara or amatriciana. Plenty of staff is located on premises but are not at all intrusive. 11 out of 10. Will return.

Super logement avec une vue magnifique, au calme dans les hauteurs. La piscine est très agréable la journée et le bar / restaurant propose un bon rapport qualité / prix avec une amabilité des hôtes très appréciable ! Je recommande

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette villa. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment magnifique. Le logement est confortable et très bien situé à Portoferraio, car proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area in Barbara’s gorgeous apartment. The terrace is a stunning place to sit and look out over the water, watching the various maritime activities in the bay. There are lots of amazing places to eat nearby …. we had some really delicious food … and there are fantastic walks over the hills from the door. We had a wonderful time, thank you Barbara!

Des hôtes disponibles et serviables, un hébergement conforme aux annonces, un excellent pied à terre pour découvrir la beauté de la toscane : Sienne, Pise, Florence, le chianti, la côte tout est accessible moyennant 45 à 60 min de route.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. v.a. das man vom Schlafzimmer ein Blick auf das Meer werfen kann und das Rauschen des Meeres hören kann war wirklich schön. Das Haus liegt in einem geschützen compound und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein schönes Restaurant ist in Fussreichweite erreichbar ... Auch wenn das Meer fast gleich vor der Tür ist, aber zum Sandstrand wo man den Tag verbringen kann muss man schon paar Minuten gehen aber dann hat man alles was man möchte inkl. Restaurants und Strandspaziergänge etc.

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa per un settimana. Anche a novembre, col sole, pranzavamo fuori nel giardino sotto un bellissimo gazebo. La casa è stupenda, Corinna e il proprietario molto gentili. Torneremo!

Sehr fürsorgliche und liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort durch Lucia, die sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Die Kommunikation mit Paola hatte eine äusserst kurze Reaktionszeit, war sehr angenehm, immer sympathisch, unterstützend und wertschätzend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Terrasse! Gianfrancesco ist sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Es war ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war super angenehm und ruhig. Die Umgebung war super schön und wir haben den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Wir haben großartig geschlafen in der ruhigen Umgebung. Maria war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Stayed for a week with all family. Great location, near by the sea. Very friendly Anna’s family and her🙏🏻
