About the place, a delight, all well clean, well tidy. The rooms are a little cramped, but nothing that hinders the dynamics of the house, which by the way is great in the common area, a lot of things to do, there is deck, pool, games and the whole covered barbecue area. Everything was excellent, the environment was very clean, Mrs. Adélia and her husband welcomed us very well, gave us all the instructions on what to do and when we needed help with the gas she helped us very quickly! I highly recommend it, her house has so much to do that we didn't even visit the surroundings. Dona Adélia provided us with extreme comfort!!

Magaly and her husband from the first contact provided us with all the details of the stay and the instructions on how to get there. The place is incredibly wonderful, far surpassing our expectation! At the end, we were left with that desire for "I want more"! My wife and I highly recommend the space: the house is very cozy, very wooded and the waterfall is a separate show, as it has a barbecue, oven and stove, as well as a refrigerator and bathroom. We are very grateful not only for the lodging, but to Magaly and her husband who are a separate spectacle: people who are extraordinarily gentle, who have toasted us with very nice conversations and some pampering that we love! We thank you for being able to enjoy this jewel that Magaly and her husband have been stoned and we can't wait to go back again!

This is the second time we've stayed at Tatiana's house and everything was clean and comfortable. The stay was quiet and pleasant, the house has everything we need and Tatiana is always very kind and polite, answering our questions quickly. We will return whenever possible. I highly recommend it.

My stay was excellent! I was very well received — the hosts are super polite, attentive and helpful. The place is clean, spacious, cozy and extremely quiet, a real find in Domingos Martins. It is close to the center and the square, with easy access, but at the same time distant from the hustle and bustle, which guarantees total peace. The host was very kind in all the communications we had before, including sending the check-in instructions before the time, and welcomed us very well. When we arrived, everything was clean and organized and the environment was very faithful to the advertised images and description. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a living room that are very spacious, so it feels like a really cozy apartment for the stay. The house was reasonably ventilated, we didn't go on a very hot day, nor a very cold one, and we didn't feel any extremes while we were in the house. The location for us was good, it's not exactly in the center, but it's in a very quiet and peaceful area, so there's no problem with street noise or additional nuisances. You can walk to Rua do Lazer, the route takes 15 to 20 minutes depending on your pace. We think it was well worth what was offered for the price, we will save it for future trips and recommend it to friends.

I had a great stay, the hotel is very good and there are few differences between being hosted directly by the hotel and AirBnB, the common areas are all open and this is very good, the place is very beautiful and of great quality. There is a hotel in the same city that charges less and offers less, great value for money.

Wonderful place! We were in a group of 7 adults and a baby — a single bathroom required a little organization, but nothing that took away the shine of the experience. The house is charming, super well located and Leomar was extremely attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it!

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach well in the rooms. Oh, and I missed having a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There's a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth checking out!!
