Our stay at this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

I really liked the apartment, everything was organized, clean and matched the photos. Our stay was perfect. The apartment is very close to the beach and we only took the car out of the garage to visit other beaches. I highly recommend it for those who want to rent, you won't regret it. I intend to return and rent the same one.

The view from both the balcony and the bedroom is so beautiful that it needs no comment. The apartment is wonderful in every way. Very cozy and everything is very tasteful and of good quality. The towels and sheets available were excellent and the kitchen utensils were beyond expectations. The appliances in general are all new and excellent. The condominium also exceeded our expectations. Cássia was very attentive from the first contact and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend and hope to return one day.

It was the perfect choice, Larissa and her extremely kind, caring and polite family. They are so kind that we feel like family. Beautiful, brand-new and confessed house that it's a lot, but much more than I expected. Everything is very clean, smell, organized and very well equipped. We were graced with fresh greens (they grow), charcoal for the barbecue and homemade bread on the way out. The house space is wonderful, quality TV, efficient Internet, clean bathrooms and all very well airy house. I am delighted to have gone to Larissa's house. We'll be back for sure, the kids are already asking when we'll be back. Thanks Larissa and family for being so kind and for us receiving so well.

A cozy and beautiful place, Barbara's cottage is spacious, has all the amenities, the barbecue area and the rustic wooden table are excellent for gathering people, the view is wonderful, comfortable beds, everything perfect. No defects. We'll always be back, for sure.

Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Beautiful apartment! Well located, spacious and well furnished! It has everything a family, or two in my case, needs. Well-assembled kitchen, new and comfortable mattresses. Both Juliano and Jaqueline were very helpful. The only reservation is the building's elevator. It underwent maintenance on 07/09/24 and during the period we were there, from 07/15 to 07/25/24 it stopped working 04 times, one of them with me inside and another time when we arrived from the beach and we had to climb the six floors of stairs with the beach materials. But I emphasize again, the apartment is very good! We loved it!

Good evening, my hosting was from 12/29/23 until 01/01/24. My wife and I spent New Year's Eve and found everything perfect regarding hosting, there was only one problem with the TV we had without for a certain time due to a little problem in the building (which was not Shirley's fault), but Shirley got us a new TV signal quickly possible. We are demanding people and really everything was fulfilled as agreed, exactly everything. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and spacious, has a block and a small football field. The location is approximately five, seven minutes walk to the beach of the hill extremely safe by an avenue. We really love it. Super recommend Shirley! Thank you very much Shirley!
