The rooms are a little cramped, but nothing that hinders the dynamics of the house, which by the way is great in the common area, a lot of things to do, there is deck, pool, games and the whole covered barbecue area. Clariane is an extremely kind and welcoming person. Received us with a beautiful coffee table! The house exceeded our expectations and I consider it beyond what was advertised. It is a beautiful, cozy residence and was extremely clean and fragrant. The utensils available met all our needs and the bed and bath linens were very clean and of great quality. The outdoor area is wonderful, very well decorated and functional. I hope for a new opportunity to return because my children and pet loved the place. If you haven't rented Casa da Moa yet, you don't know what you're missing! You'll be enchanted by everything from the city view at sunrise and sunset to the coziness of the house!

A cozy and beautiful place, Barbara's cottage is spacious, has all the amenities, the barbecue area and the rustic wooden table are excellent for gathering people, the view is wonderful, comfortable beds, everything perfect. No defects. We'll always be back, for sure.

Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.

In relation to Lorian, I can say that she was a very helpful, friendly, helpful and available person with us, always worried if we were in need of anything, if we were enjoying it, finally, if our experience was being good. With regard to the flat, it is exactly what is shown in the photos. We stayed at number 4. We found the accommodation very cozy, super clean (including bed and bath linens) and very well cared for, all brand new. Finally, I would like to point out that the location is perfect, being just a few meters from the Ronchi brewery and the Vallino pizzeria, that is, if you like to drink, it is the best option because there is no need to use a car.

We thought the apartment's decor was very beautiful, it was very cozy. I really enjoyed having bedding and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I'd rent it again!

Excellent apartment! We stayed in four people and served us super well. Extremely cleaned, tidy and has all items listed. Good location, very close to Morro beach. It has a bakery and beverage distributor just ahead. Close to "Farofa Carioca", a newly opened and trendy little bar in Guarapari, a great option for going out at night with family and friends! Nina is an excellent host, she was very helpful and welcoming to us. I recommend with your eyes closed!

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Great stay! Flat is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The owner Grazielle was very kind to us and referred us to several cool places for us to stroll, so we have the best experience possible on site! The employees of Vista Azul were also very solicitous and kind, especially the collaborator Luiz, who in his day off hours still plays an excellent MPB in the lobby. Tip: As the condominium is no longer managed by Bristol, it no longer offers a separate breakfast service, so you can arrange for breakfast in the apartment or go out to eat at some colonial coffee.
