Die Wohnung liegt in einer äußerst gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einer ausgefallenen und schönen Grünanlage. Sie ist modern und mit viel Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne wettergeschützte Terrasse. Auch die schmalere Terrasse auf der Rückseite mit dem wunderbaren Blick Richtung Dorf Tirol und den 2 bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal – angenehmes Ambiente, die Schnellstraße nach Bozen ist schnell erreichbar, 5 Gehminuten entfernt ein guter Metzger (Siebenforcher), bei dem man auch Käse, Brot, Milch, Wein usw. einkaufen kann (eine entspanntere Alternative zum Supermarkt für Kleinigkeiten). Die Innenstadt und die Tappeiner Promenade sind fußläufig erreichbar und eine Tiefgarage, in der man entspannt einparken kann – was will man mehr! Birgit ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – stets gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Herzlichen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Wunderschöne stylische und gemütliche Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, tolle Gegend, viele Wandermöglichkeiten, Stadt und Natur beides gleich um die Ecke. Die Ruhe, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt und in die Weinberge sieht ist sehr erdend, genau der richtige Platz um Energie zu tanken!

Von Anfang bis Ende war die Kommunikation mit Alex super. Kurze, schnelle Wege auf Augenhöhe. Alex gibt sich hier sehr Mühe das es eine gut geht. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden oder dann eben gut und schnell erreichbar. Auch die Architektur des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

La estancia en la granja ha sido inmejorable! Encontramos lo que buscábamos: tranquilidad y comodidad. Dormíamos por la noche escuchando el sonido del río y nos despertábamos con el canto de los pájaros, una maravilla. La familia fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, incluso nos dieron huevos frescos por la mañana! Eso si, me gustaría hacer una mención especial al miembro más amable y alegre de todos: Jimmy, me robó el corazón ♥️ Si se da la oportunidad me encantaría volver el año que viene, muchas gracias por todo!

Awesome cosy flat in the middle of nowhere. it was clean and free of clutter. If you sleep with the window open you can hear the birds, crickets and river! Comfy beds and heating. The host was lovely and friendly. I'd stay again. Downside was, there were 0 amenities apart from dish soap and tp. Hand soap and would be nice, we brought our own coffee.

Alles perfekt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und haben uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Unser Zimmer war eine wahre Oase: sehr modern eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit einem wunderschönen Balkon, der einen fantastischen Ausblick bot. Es war der perfekte Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder morgens bei einer Tasse Kaffee die Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die wunderschöne, naturverbundene Umgebung. Man konnte direkt von der Unterkunft aus Spaziergänge unternehmen und die friedliche Atmosphäre der Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Diese Adresse ist wirklich ein Ort der wahren Erholung!
