Stuart and Seth were great hosts and very clear and detailed with their instructions. The backyard is stunning and perfect for outdoor bbq and outdoor activities. There are a lot of nearby activities to do (rollerskating rink/brewery) and Stuart was quick to respond when asking for brunch recommendations nearby. Definitely would recommend for your future stay!

Patti's home exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design and stunning architecture. The house is beautifully crafted with soaring high ceilings, an airy and light-filled interior, and countless thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly special. The location couldn't be better - we were perfectly positioned for amazing hiking adventures and discovered some incredible restaurants nearby. Her local knowledge was invaluable and really enhanced our entire experience. Speaking of Patti, she is an absolutely wonderful host! Communication was seamless from booking through checkout - she was incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. This home is a true gem, and Patti is the kind of host that makes Airbnb special. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Ulster County and the surrounding region.

I was in town for a show at Bearsville Theater and spent the afternoon in Woodstock. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to the show and the center of Woodstock. I didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor area due to the rain but it looked very peaceful and private. It’s a lovely space and I would be happy to book again in the future.

This is a place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Just the tonic after a week in Paris and a hectic entry via JFK. Ben’s place is a haven away from the world. We just loved it!

My husband, daughter and I had a great overnight stay at Marilyn’s for a fall foliage visit upstate. Marilyn was there to welcome us and show us around and even let us check in early! The barn is such a cool layout and our daughter loved feeding the fish in the pond. It is close to lots of great activities (Kelder’s farm) and restaurants (cherries, west wind orchard). It is clean, spacious and well-equipped. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, peaceful home. I especially loved the great knives for cooking, the filtered water throughout the house, the dimmable lights, and the gorgeous interior design. It was the perfect home base to pop into the town of Stone Ridge, Woodstock, Kingston, and the surrounding parks for hikes. My friends and I couldn't have been happier with our stay!

We had a great experience staying at Corryn's loft. It was clean and comfortable. In the future I will plan on staying in the suites higher up in the building though. This is out of the hosts control, but the other guests were not respectful of the other guests staying in the building.. So higher up in the Strand house is the way to go!

We had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was cute, cozy, clean and quiet. The backyard was beautiful and tranquil. I loved smelling the lilacs from our back covered porch. Although we did not get a chance to use the firepit or tiki bar, it was great that they were available to us. The location is on a quiet street with restaurants and hiking not too far away. I would definitely recommend a stay at one of their places on the property.

Absolutely loved this spot! Super cute cottage like, very clean, just enough space and beautiful front view! Walking distance to a very nice grocer. If you don’t have a car, Ubers can take 10-15 minutes to get to you so keep that in mind but you are about a mile from the main strip (walkable on a good weather day) and it the BEST downtown are. Full of shops, unique finds and great restaurants. Will be booking again for sure!

This was the absolute best choice ever! I am coming back and staying for an entire week this summer to explore further some great places we found and to enjoy this adorable apartment! The beds were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in an Airbnb and I've stayed at many. I slept soundlessly, which is rare for me! The snacks and attention to detail was great. The apartment was so comfortable! I felt right at home. It was easy to make excellent meals in the well equipped kitchen - we had everything we needed and the pots, pans and knives are all brand new, again much better than other Airbnbs I've visited. Sitting on the cafe chairs looking out at the beautiful backyard and woods was so incredibly peaceful and serene. We saw deer grazing and soaked in the sweet and natural landscape while we ate breakfast and coffee. What a fantastic stay! I didn't want to leave. Our time here was way too short. I definitely will be back! Don't overthink it, just book it!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

I highly recommend Suzanne's place for anyone visiting Windham! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and my stay. As someone who travels constantly for work, my schedule can be quite unpredictable, and Suzanne was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with my changing needs. I truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to work with me. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Windham, and the view of the ski resort from the back deck was an unexpected bonus! I only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, not just for winter skiing, but also to explore the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

Dan’s place is cozy, comfortable and just minutes away from Mt. Beacon in one direction and ten minutes away from Main Street in the other direction. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, though there are so many delicious restaurants nearby- the best of both worlds! The bed was extremely comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a huge bonus. I genuinely relaxed there, which is a rarity for me. Thanks so much, Dan!
