Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

From the very steps into the apartment we knew was going to be a fantastic place to stay. Even prior to arriving, Ayanthi was very quick to respond to our questions. (always a good sign of a great host). The apartment was on the floor with easy steps. It very bright and spotlessly clean throughout. beautifully equipped to a high standard. With great customer service from Ayanthi and Priyantha (who was on call 24/7). This place will linger in our memories for a very long time. thank you for making us so warmly welcome and be sure to know we are next in the area we will definately stay at Free Spirit Villa.

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

Excellent place for a couple or a family. It is an independent upstairs unit. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and a single room. It's neat and clean apartment in typical Sr Lankan rural setting. During our visit, Monti’s parent living downstairs were very helpful. They offered every assistant including cold drinks at the arrival on a hot day and the tea in the next morning. Over the last few years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this is one of the nicest one.

we felt really welcomed from the beginning. Harscha and his family were super nice and accommodating! He even picked us up at the airport and brought us to the next bus station at the end of our stay and helped us getting in the right bus! Maybe you should know that the living room is open so little animals and mosquitoes can come in easily but the sleeping area is closed so that was not a problem for us:)

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

Honestly this is one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in! I’m not exaggerating when I say this because the whole stay exceeded all our expectations The host Yannik was very gracious and accommodating to our early check in request. Every detail was clearly communicated in a friendly way and he was always on top of things to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The pool was definitely our highlight of the villa! We enjoyed swimming in the day, at night and even on the next day while it rained. The view around the pool is quite colorful and calming because of all flower plants surrounding the area. The villa was quite cozy and it had all the necessities a group may need. We had the best time making unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed for a short period and it there was nothing much to complain about. Samantha is a good host and friendly character. House is clean and well maintained with necessary furnishings surrounded by vegetation. It was value for money. Would recommend always 👌

Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. The hosts were absolutely amazing, very sweet and friendly and helpful! The place was really beautiful, had everything we needed, clean and a short walk to the beach with very nice surroundings. I absolutely recommend staying here. We felt like home.

Happy's place was a perfect match to what I was looking for. It's private, in a quiet neighborhood and walkable distance from the happening restaurants and beach. Perfect for long stays. Check-in and check-out was easy with clear instructions from the host. The room itself was a great find as it had kitchen with all required equipments and utensils. Chamith and Malithi were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was in mint condition inside out. All electrical, gas, and other facilities were in perfect condition. Extremely clean toilet/shower and kitchen. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The surrounding area was very safe and quiet throughout the whole month we stayed.
