Quiet stay. Spacious, bright, airy, more beautiful than in the photos. Joelita and her husband, very kind and helpful, gave tips on beaches and places for food and shopping. The co-host also sent good tips. There are a few steps, but they provide an elevator for the elderly, luggage and shopping. We appreciate it, recommend it and, returning to Guarapari, if the space is available, we will book it.

Marvelous hosts, very receptive, I went with my family and friends to 15 people children and 1 drink, served us super well , comfortable rooms, ventilated house with good fans, and a wonderful pool that yielded high photos, great barbecue area with pool, great beach for kids to go on foot, we love the great hosting, and we'll come back, we still get a beautiful little souvenir from the hosts , gratitude 🙏🥰

great place to stay with the family, the house was impeccable and everything clean and we love every detail, I felt at home and very happy with the reception and the owner of the super helpful and friendly house with us, gave several tips of places and restaurants and even loved a beach that she indicated. I highly recommend the place and we certainly want to come back more times.

You can rent it without fear, the house is very cozy, spacious, everything is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped. Hostess Laurinda is extremely thoughtful, a lovely person, always willing to help. We'll certainly be back. It was a wonderful experience.

And our second time in Liliane's apartment. We like it so much that we come back. I recommend the apartment. Everything very clean and neat. The apartment perfectly serves our family (with our little baby and our puppy). There are bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive.
