We are very happy with our stay. The location of the house is excellent, close to the beach and you can do everything on foot. House is just like the ad, very organized, super pleasant environment. This is our second time staying at Cláudio's and Scheila's home and we will certainly come back more often.

Very clean and organized house, good location, close to great beaches. Great reception, hosts gave tips on places in the city to visit, how to get there and events that would take place on the date I went. I highly recommend it, I would go again without a second thought!!

It was wonderful. I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to meet Marineis and her beautiful family. Alexandre, the famous Bigode and husband of Marineis, her daughter's family (daughter, son (future star Alan, and husband, the famous Soropoa lol). We are extremely pleased with the hosting! The place is very clean, airy, well maintained and the kitchen is complete, which made it a lot easier during the stay. All very organized and functional. There were 5 of us and everyone was very comfortable. The reason for our trip was a wedding, and since there were 4 of us women, we could have used a larger mirror outside the bathroom, which would have made it easier to get ready. It's just a detail, but it would make a big difference. In addition, everything was great! We hope we've been careful and left everything in order. We definitely recommend and would like to stay again!

Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

It was a good experience I was unprepared to have to bring bed linen, but I got ready. The location is a little far from the center, but they recommended taxi drivers and I hired a driver service that made my mobility a lot easier. Mr. Ademir was an angel in our life these days because we had a wedding in Anchieta and he accompanied us from the hall until the end of the party. All the good things we had were provided by the attention of Bastista and his wife, who were impeccable in their attention. A place for us to go and forget about the busy life. I want to go back and spend a sabbatical week in this place. Thank you for everything, Batista.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

I found the property to be rigorously clean and organized, exactly the same as the description in the photos. The apartment really overlooks the sea and, by the way, a simply wonderful view. The host is very attentive. When the cooking gas ran out, Matheus arranged for the exchange immediately. The apartment has a steam iron. I found some treats that were coffee and refined sugar and even a Melita paper filter with the strainer and coffee maker. I also received a personal hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap, which I took as a souvenir. The apartment has an electronic lock with a password and inside we can put another lock to sleep peacefully with the certainty that no one will be able to open the door. One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment, all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, new washing machine, many bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely come back, I highly recommend it!!!
