Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

the house of enrique is an original house in a beautiful quiet area. from the house you can take the most beautiful walks in the national park. inside it is also with cold days spacious , comfortable and cozy, especially with the fireplace on. Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

This is a great apartment. Very close to the cathedral but on a very quiet side street. A very nice and modern one bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace, complete kitchen, and top floor so it's very quiet. One hundred percent recommended.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

We had a great time at Maria's. The apartment is in a very good location with a lovely sea view. It is as described in the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so that we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed her. We warmly thank Maria and hope to return when we can. Thanks also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and more!

Fantastic luxury apartment with all but then really all amenities. Many extras e.g. in the kitchen a Jura coffee machine including beans as well as a coffee cup machine including various types of cups. Various pampering and generously filled fruit bowl. In the bathroom also a lot available, including body lotion, shampoo, hairspray, makeup cotton, panty liners, luxury toilet paper etc. Nice and lots of towels. Lovely mattresses and pillows as well as the bedding. The pellet stove was also great, which gave off a blissful heat. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. Double parking space in underground parking garage. We had a nice week here with super attentive hosts who even put a new TV for us so that we could stream Dutch programs with our phone. What a service. The apartment is on the 6th floor with beautiful views. The only downside is that in the winter months there is no sun on the balcony at all. In the park in front, you can sit in the sun

The place is beautiful. Super comfortable, there were 12 of us, each with their own room and private bathroom. It's very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy 4 amazing days. Decoration details that I loved!! We will definitely be back to that place. Leif was very helpful and friendly and was attentive to any issue. He even gave us a late check-out. I recommend this place, especially in summer weather to enjoy the pool, we couldn't because of the rainy weather.

Without a doubt I would go to the house again,the photos do not make it a reality of what it really is ,a super spacious house,with everything of first quality , super comfortable mattresses and above all the attention of Juana de 10,super attentive and flexible at all times,without any doubt when I go to the area I will talk to Juan

A WONDER. Great weekend with the family on an estate with large spaces, very cared for, animalistic and many things for the little ones. It's highly recommended. Josefa and Natalia had a very fluid treatment with me. Both here and on the phone and it's been a good time to spend here this week holy. Advising us with supermarkets, food sites, bakeries always very friendly. if you are looking for a large and beautiful house but with different stays it is undoubtedly the estate you are looking for. Children's area, several kitchens, many refrigerators, 2 barbecues, 4 coffee makers, slide, swing, elastic bed, animals, pool, etc. I just have to thank you from all my family. We felt right at home. 1 very strong hug

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!
