Excellent and nice apartment, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fantastic location next to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Mar del Plata. The property is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. A spacious room (living), well organized next to the kitchen. The sleeping area is very comfortable. Nice and comfortable bathroom. It should be noted that I received the apartment very clean and tidy (which is appreciated). On the other hand, Daniela always answered our questions and was always concerned that we had a great stay. I also allowed us to do a flexible check-in and check-out, which helped us optimize our stay. In short, great apartment and host. Recommended to go to Mar del Plata, of the best options to stay!. We would love to come back…

Highly recommended! It is half a block from two pedestrian streets, very central and easy to access. We went without a car and wanted a place that was comfortable and safe for us to get to with our children, and it was just what we were looking for. The apartment is very well maintained, you have all the kitchen utensils, towels and bedding in very good condition. Air and/or fan in the bedrooms and a very nice balcony!! Bruno's attention was a 10! We didn't even need to bother him during the week because everything worked perfectly and the building manager was super friendly. If I have to go back, I would definitely do it!!

the apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and super equipped. It has a balcony and a private terrace that is accessed by elevator, very nice to sunbathe or make an asado. It is in an area of quite movement, a few blocks from the beach. The hosts were very attentive, I loved the gesture of the coffee capsules that they leave courtesy. In general, it was clean and very neat, I would just point out that part of the crockery was dirty and one of the towels was stained (I clarify that the latter in my case did not affect me because I did not need to use it, but surely if I had communicated with the host they would have offered me a solution). I would definitely choose it again, I had a very pleasant stay!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is a very quiet neighborhood that has a hara when we went there was a horseback riding event that we could enjoy. The country area has a coto 5 minutes away with everything you need. Wifi is 10 points. Communication was always smooth and friendly, we will be back

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

We had an amazing time at Matías' house. It's super comfortable, and has everything you need to make the most of a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

The house is very clean, good layout, comfortable, everything in good condition, good heating, ventilation, lighting and water pressure. Parking inside, always better than on the street. The TVs are obsolete, only air channels, it would be good to change them for more modern smart ones, regards!!!

Excellent place, I highly recommend it. Hugo and his wife are wonderful people and anyone who comes to either of their 2 houses will feel at home but always accompanied for anything by these genius hosts. Don't hesitate to come and visit them, and you'll be delighted with their home.

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing place to feel at home. EVERYTHING you need. The first time I don't have to go buy a utensil. The communication with the person in charge was exceptional all the time. I definitely have the data for future trips to Mdq.
