The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

Ernesto's apartment is amazing! We go to Mar de Ajo a lot and since there are 6 of us, it's always difficult to find a comfortable place to stay. It is right in front of Nias, which is the nicest spa in MDA, and it is on the pedestrian street. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! The only point is that being on the pedestrian street you can hear a lot of noise until 1:30 am. But it's super manageable. Ernesto was very clear with his instructions and always answered when we wrote to him. We'll definitely be back!

We had a spectacular stay. The accommodation is very conveniently located and allowed us to do almost everything on foot. The apartment is comfortable, very well furnished, complete both to enjoy the beach and not to get bored on a rainy day. The house is at the back of the property. There is another one ahead but there is privacy. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook, almost like at home. The grill is very handy. There were restrooms. The rooms are comfortable. The layout of the house is optimal. The only thing to improve, which another traveler has already mentioned, is the climb for the car. As it is sandy, I did not encourage myself to go up for fear of being buried, anyway it did not affect the stay that I enjoyed very much with my son and daughters. Miriam was attentive to our needs. It was always very cordial. He gave us good recommendations for places.

The house is super comfortable. Perfect location to go walking to the beach, go to Nelson or to Posta Norte. It is perfectly equipped. Divine decorated. Alarm, which makes it feel very safe. And back in quincho an outside shower that even has hot water. Highly recommended.

Zondinga is perfectly located: it is convenient to get to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful people, always ready for dialogue. The duplex itself is small and sleeps 4-5 adults there will be a challenge. The rooms upstairs are not private, it could be inconvenient for people with different life schedules. There is no storage space in the bathroom at all. Some of the things in the cabin need updating: painting the walls, for example, or the mattress on the double bed. I also want to note that the Internet was very weak, we could hardly watch a movie. The place is good for relaxing when it is important for you proximity to the ocean and attitude, not household comfort.

The place is very nice and manicured. Silvina's apartment is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't seem like a rental apartment, but rather one to experience it. The location is excellent if one wants to be calm and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. Although you have to arrive by van or some vehicle that has full traction, it is not far or difficult to get to. 100% recommended place. Silvina is very attentive and is always available. Highly recommendable as a host.

Excellent stay at Javier's apartment. The location is fantastic, in front of the beach by a walkway. Everything is super modern, with two excellent televisions and all the streaming platforms there are and to come. Javier was very cool, gave us recommendations and was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.
