Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The house is really beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few nice days. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Communication with Ariel was very fluid at all times. A highly recommended place that I hope to return to soon!

The best place to stay in Costa Esmeralda ! Perfectly clean. The house is new and well equipped, everything is there. The hosts are very responsive. The beach is a 5-minute walk. The location is perfect ! We always feel at home here. I want to go back again, and again.

Great accommodation and service provided by Lucrecia and Julián. The accommodation had a wide variety of elements that made our stay very pleasant, from extra dishes to many blankets for the cold weather in the month we stayed. The impeccable cabin with a view of the forest that really allowed us to clear our heads and rest. It's 3/4 blocks from the beach, but the road is full of trees so it's quiet and you don't feel it. Highly recommended, we would come back without thinking!

We had an excellent stay. We took advantage of every space in the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment from Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended!

The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. An impeccable location!! We were welcomed by Ramon and we love him! He was super attentive and resolved everything we asked for and more. When we arrived they had assigned us an apartment at the top and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and they were so kind to change the apartment for one downstairs at the time, and provide us with everything we needed, the kitchen was very well equipped. we'll definitely be back!

Very nice experience at Sandra and Francisco's accommodation. Communication was smooth from the first moment and fast. The place is also very comfortable. One thing that could perhaps be improved is the bed mattress; the rest is perfect, lighting, gas and stoves working well.

I loved this place in Villa Gessell, was walking distance from the beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great location if your looking for something private as the main street side of town is quite far if you are walking. Great for driving though, you can actually park around town without paying, unlike Buenos Aires.

Very good house, comfortable, with a great distribution for 8 adults, being able to share all but also have privacy. Accompanied by a beautiful environment, close to downtown and the beach , to leave the car parked in the house and move on foot without any problem. I recommended for group of large friends and families. Fernando a great host, always attentive to everything.
