Vacation rentals with beach access in Manuel Antonio Beach

Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

Beautiful setting right next to the national park. Easy, quick walk to the beach or park entrance depending on which way you turn. Plenty of good restaurants around as well. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Several convenience stores within a short walk for food and drinks. Would definitely love to stay here if visiting Manuel Antonio again. Andrea was wonderful with her messages and making sure all was well.

This was a great stay, perfectly located between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, which made getting around super convenient! The two-bedroom apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with plenty of thoughtful amenities. Ideal for a relaxing getaway close to beaches, restaurants, and nature. The host was very attentive and helpful with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations. All the sounds and sights of the jungle without the bugs. We found the location to be ideal - we were able to walk to our hikes that did not otherwise have parking and then drove to dinner where parking was included. Linda was an excellent host who went out of her way to give recommendations and help us troubleshoot our first time in Costa Rica!

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

Tolle Unterkunft, wir genossen die private Atmosphäre, den wunderbaren Blick von der Terrasse, die gesamte Küchen Ausstattung sowie die schnelle Erreichbarkeit von einigen Restaurants und kleine Supermärkten. Morgens bekamen wir Besuch von Affen - Vorsicht - nichts draußen liegen lassen. Die Lage und die Aussicht haben viel zur Entspannung und Genuss von Pura vida beigetragen. Hervorragend ausgestattet, an alles gedacht, wärmstens zu empfehlen! Dankeschön, dass wir hier übernachten durften.

Diese Unterkunft war unsere absolute Lieblingsunterkunft auf der ganzen Reise! Wenn wir könnten, würden wir unsere gesamten drei Wochen hier verbringen. Die Casita bietet nicht nur die beste Küchenausstattung, unglaublich gemütliche Betten und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick, sondern auch zwei fantastische Hosts, die den Aufenthalt zu einem 12 von 10 Erlebnis machen. Diana und Matthew waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben Touren für uns gebucht, Restaurantreservierungen organisiert und uns sogar mit einem Geburtstagskuchen überrascht! Zur Begrüßung gab es Kaffee, Milch und Cookies – später brachten sie uns sogar frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst vorbei. Und dann sind da noch Milli und Vanillie, die uns jeden Morgen begrüßt haben – wir werden sie so vermissen! Es war einfach ein absoluter Traum, und wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Wir haben uns hier rundum sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt wirklich nichts, was hätte besser sein können. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Danke für alles❤️

Jefferson is a great host with an amazing home. The home is so private and peaceful. We swam in the pool while watching monkeys swinging in the trees. It was the coolest experience ever. Jefferson was great and communicating and helped us with any questions we had leading up to our trip. His concierge team is also top notch. They helped us plan things to do throughout our trip, recommended some great restaurants, and communicated with us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb to stay at, and will definitely be returning next time we make the trip to Costa Rica!

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Es un lugar hermoso, las fotos se quedan cortas. La cocina está muy bien equipada, tanto en equipo para cocinar como condimentos, aceites y demás cosas necesarias. La parrilla funciona sin problemas. Las habitaciones son cómodas. La comunicación con el property manager fue muy buena. Sin duda alguna recomiendo el lugar.

Fui muy acogedora y especialmente un lugar para descansar nos sentimos como en casa y todo estaba súper ordenado y pensado en el más mínimo detalle, la cocina súper equipada y la piscina perfecta

Super convenient location, grocery store steps away, well stocked house, great outdoor space, love the outdoor shower, and most importantly—the property manager was lovely! She was so responsive and helpful.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio y todo muy bien organizado, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer momento. Se nota el cuidado y la atención al detalle por parte del anfitrión. El espacio tenía un ambiente muy agradable.

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

I requested for a 3 BR 2 BA - this was for my sons and me. This is what’s left of our family. We were provided with two units of 2 BR and 1 BA each. This meant that we had to split up. Further, the listing describes the location as having “Beach Access/Beachfront”. The closest beach is 4 km away and is accessible only if you get into a car and drive. Property description was extremely deceptive. Also check in process was miserable. He sent his wife who can’t speak a word of English. This will be the first time in my entire time I’ve used Airbnb - that I’ve struggled to communicate with someone who had no clue as to how to communicate in English. It was a very frustrating experience.

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Affen toben regelmäßig durch die Anlage, viele andere Tiere sind zu sehen. Für uns war es eine Art Dschungelkino. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, gut klimatisierbar und sehr sauber. In der Anlage kann man sich sehr sicher fühlen. Gigi hat auf kleinere Probleme sofort reagiert und geholfen.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

We loved the place! Great location and has such an amazing view!! A very cute place. If we come back to this area we would def want to stay here again!

My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.

The view is spectacular! The location is perfect. It is loud due to the next door bar, but that is in the description and we were prepared. Also they shut down at a reasonable hour so it didn’t affect our peace. Would definitely stay here again.
