Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

The home is rustic, but with a great single-story layout, an idyllic pool--and some of the best ocean and mountain views around. There are 4 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and ceiling fans, a full kitchen and an outdoor shower. The entire property is 6 acres, sits on the crown of a rainforest-skirted hilltop, and is one of the most private properties in all of Manuel Antonio.
