This all repurposed bunkie is in a picturesque setting on Manitoulin island. It has a large deck to enjoy the day . 230sq ft living space inside. It offers a queen size bed for our guest to find comfort and rest , along with a futon ; this cabin has a wonderful rustic feel. The cabin is framed with a beautiful wood finish with select antiques as decorations. This humble cabin is off the grid; it has solar lights. The washroom is a compostable outhouse. We have fire wood for purchase.

In 1991 the original fisherman's Net Shed was moved from its original 1920’s home in South Baymouth to Tehkummah and then in the mid-1990’s to its current home. Welcome to Manitoulin Permaculture! We are an eclectic community of infectiously warm and welcoming humans that are exploring ways of living that nurture each other and the land we share. We recently created a private, lakeside "glamping" space for guests. A queen bed with linens and bedding is provided for your stay. There is a private composting toilet next to your tent.

Long walks on the 27 acre farm and easy access to beaches in the area. It is 23 minutes from South Baymouth and the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry. It is located 30 minutes from Little Current.
