Sabaha karşı kalkacak olan uçağımız için havaalanına yakın olması sebebi ile burayı tercih ettik. Evin konumunu bulmak çok kolay oldu. Evdeki herşey çok temizdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Ufak tefek mutfak ihtiyaçlarımızı sağ olsun Tülay hanım hemen tedarik etti. Nezih sakin bir mahallede yeşillikler içerisinde güzel bir ev. İhtiyaç halinde yine burayı tercih edebiliriz.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Karşılamayı güleryüzlü komşu Adem abi yaptı. Ev çok güzel restore ve dekore edilmiş, ticari amaçla kurulmamış tertemiz yaşayan bir evdi. Sabah akşam yemeklerimizi evde hazırlayıp yedik, mutfak ve her anlamda eksik yok fazlası vardı evin. Gece lambaları detayı çok hoştu. Şömineli veranda, bahçe her köşesi ayrı keyifliydi. Gözde Hanım'ın iletişimi çok canayakındı, kendimizi gerçekten evimizde hissettik. Dönüş yolunda kızım, tatil evine gidelim, diyerek ağladı. İnşallah bir gün yine gidebiliriz. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Izmir Konak. Unser aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Erwartungen wie auf dem Fotos, war es alles Perfekt. Die Gastgebern Frau Tülin und die Frau Hazal waren sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber, es gab alles was man braucht von A-Z. Die Lage ist direkt Zentral in Izmir-Alsancak, zu Fuß kommt man überall hin. Nochmals Vielen Dank für alles.

Ramazan bey özel durumumuzdan dolayı giriş saatimizi erkene çekti. Bebekle çok rahat konakladığımız bir ev oldu. Muhit olarak çok iyi, sakindi, yakında marketşer vardı. Mutfakta ve banyoda tüm araç gereç, temizlik ürünleri kaliteli ve fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Site sakin, otoparkı geniş, yer bulmakta zorlanmadık. Tüm sorularımıza hızlı cevap aldık. Sadece bulaşık makinesi bizim konaklama zamanımızda arızalıydı, o da olağan bir durum.
