It's an excellent space that is well worth the cost. The view from the balcony and dining area alone are worth the price. Everything from the beds, washroom, kitchen, and seating are all comfortable and the rooms are very well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. The location is definitely premium. The proximity to the historic elevator, cafes, restaurants, market, ferry, is very convenient and accessing everything from shopping, dining, and travelling are easy, quick and scenic. I cannot say enough good things about the host. He went above and beyond for our trip, even going so far as to holding a parking spot so we could park directly in front of the apartment. His attentiveness and responses were always helpful and his recommendations were all exceptional. He made the trip better than I could have hoped for. If you're in Izmir this place is a must for anyone who wants to experience this beautiful city and get the best of everything. Thank you for having us and we'll be back.

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

it is located right across from the Karsiyaka ferry port. The perfect view. The house is 3+1. The house overlooks the road, the sea. The bedrooms are in the back and there is no rumbling in the back. The house is spotless. The kitchen is sufficient. There were towels and sheets on the ground. There is an izelman parking next to the ferry port. There is a 24 hour open.24 hours of 120 TL. The house is 3-5 minutes walking to the parking lot. You can lower your dishes to the house and park the vehicle and walk comfortably. Mr. Günay has excellent communication. The apartment is old, the house is renovated. The house is old. The house is old. There is no place to do it. If I was, I would add mosquito nets to all the windows. I changed the cloaks in both wc with modern ones. I renewed the batteries in the bathroom. This is just a small recommendation. The house is generally perfect.

The apartment has everything you might need, it is very convenient and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: 200 m from walking street with restaurants and not far from the Quay. Günyol was a perfect host, friendly and helpful. If you want to live in the centre of vibrant Turkish life - this place is definitely for you.

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Very sociable and welcoming host. The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need. Super location, literally 100 meters from the main streets with multiple excellent cafes and restaurants. I really liked the ferry service between our city and the old city across the bay. I definitely recommend it!!!

Staying at Mr. Mehmet's house was really perfect. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was thought out down to the last detail and we felt right at home. Mr. Mehmet was also incredibly hospitable and helpful, very interested in everything. If we come back to this area, we would definitely like to stay here again. You can choose with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything, Mr. Mehmet!

Vintage and Comfortable Greek House in the Center

Dear Emre I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and warmth! Your place is basic, but for me it was the resting place in the city of Izmir, where I felt very comfortable! The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again... 🙏🏻🙏🏻

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!
