Carefully designed in the center of İzmir, 1 min to the historical elevator, 5 min to the beach and tram, 15 min to Konak on foot, 10 min to Üçyol metro, our apartment is on the 5th You need to climb stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you :) Tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee, Nescafe and water are on the house :) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies while you are at home In addition, according to the new law, we need to report the identity information of the guests to the police station.

Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Tarih Asansör (monument buikding) is just 2 min. In front of our house. Easy to find- every taxi driver knows this spot. The Tram(city rail public transtport) coast and bus stops are 5 min. To walk. Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Kahramanlar, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and the metro station, and 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir, and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern and stylish apartment with a brand new building and all the furnishings. The apartment is at the entrance, and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
