It's an excellent space that is well worth the cost. The view from the balcony and dining area alone are worth the price. Everything from the beds, washroom, kitchen, and seating are all comfortable and the rooms are very well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. The location is definitely premium. The proximity to the historic elevator, cafes, restaurants, market, ferry, is very convenient and accessing everything from shopping, dining, and travelling are easy, quick and scenic. I cannot say enough good things about the host. He went above and beyond for our trip, even going so far as to holding a parking spot so we could park directly in front of the apartment. His attentiveness and responses were always helpful and his recommendations were all exceptional. He made the trip better than I could have hoped for. If you're in Izmir this place is a must for anyone who wants to experience this beautiful city and get the best of everything. Thank you for having us and we'll be back.

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

El piso es hermoso con una vista increíble de la ciudad y la bahía de Esmirna. Está locado al otro lado de la bahía respecto al centro de la ciudad a la que se llega fácilmente por un corto y hermoso trayecto de ferry. La zona es de bares, pero arriba en el piso no se siente ruido. El piso es muy cómodo, con tres dormitorios espaciosos con armarios para guardar la ropa. La cocina es amplia y la terraza con vistas es más que deliciosa. Günay fue muy atento en todo momento y cuando necesité comunicarme con él, contestó rápidamente y eficientemente. Un lugar perfecto para una estancia de 4 días. Nosotros érmaos 5 amigos que alquilamos un coche y recorrimos Esmirna y sus alrededores. El piso tiene fácil acceso desde las carreteras y hay parking al lado de la estación de ferry que pareció muy seguro. Recomiendo este sitio. No se lo pierdan!

En güzel konaklamalarımdan biriydi. Gerçekten evde o kadar fazla ayrıntı düşünülmüş ki sizi özel hissettiriyor. Tavsiye edilir. Pişman olmazsınız. Evin konumu İzmir’in tarihi ve konunan bölgesinde. Araç parkı çok pratik. Deniz manzarası ve şirin bahçesi çok keyifli.

The apartment has everything you might need, it is very convenient and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: 200 m from walking street with restaurants and not far from the Quay. Günyol was a perfect host, friendly and helpful. If you want to live in the centre of vibrant Turkish life - this place is definitely for you.

this was probably my best experience in airbnb Nurella traited me like her little brother I came late the first day and she knew I had a competition in 2 days so she went with me to look for a gym at NIGHT and she also negotiated on my behalf so that I get a good.price as a student the day of the competition she woke up early and took the taxy for me via an application because it's cheaper. Nurella did everything on her power to help me during my staying, it was my first time in Izmir and I loved it. she also speaks very good in French so that was very helpful thank you so much for the experience Nurella à la prochaine!

Serkan bey ve Demet hanım bizi çok sıcak karşıladılar. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her detay düşünülmüştü. Konakladığımız yer sessiz sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Çevrede herhangi bir ihtiyaç dahilinde arabayla 5-10 dk da gidebileceğiniz marketler bulunmakta. Ayrıca havuz hava koşullarından dolayı kapalı olmasına rağmen ricamız üzerine kullanıma hazır hale getirildi ve çok ince ayrıcalıklar tanıdılar. Kesinlikle ev rahatlığında hissettik. Yaz kış konaklama için tercih edilmeye değer bir yer.

Emre’s place was a great experience! The house is cozy and well-located, perfect for exploring Selcuk and Izmir. Emre was very helpful and hospitable. The village setting was peaceful and the market next door was very convenient. The place had heaters in the rooms and duvets. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and relaxing getaway.

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Очень общительный и гостеприимный хозяин. Апартамент в отличном состоянии, есть всё что вам нужно. Супер локация, буквально 100 метров от основных улиц со множественном отличных кафе и ресторанов. Очень понравилось паромное сообщение между нашим и старым городом через залив. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Mehmet Bey'in evinde konaklamak gerçekten mükemmeldi. Ev tertemiz, çok konforlu ve tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Merkezde Nostaljik ve Konforlu Rum Evi

Lieber Emre Ich möchte mich bei dir herzlichst für deine Fürsorge und Herzlichkeit bedanken! Deine Unterkunft ist einfach, aber für mich war es der Ruheort in der Stadt Izmir, in welchem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt hab! Ich konnte ruhig schlafen und warm duschen 😌😍 und zum frühstücken war genügend Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden. Ich würde sofort deine Unterkunft wieder buchen :), bis hoffentlich bald, herzlichst Mirjam

Bu yamaç evinde eşimle beraber 2 gece konaklamak oldukca keyifli ve huzur vericiydi.Evde ve cevredeki yürüyüş rotasında bize her zaman eşlik eden sevimli dostlarımız Sasha ,pofuduk ve korki sayesinde hem kendimizi guvende hissetttik hem de nefes kesici manzaraların tadını çıkardık.Ev oldukça iyi temizlenmisti ,mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi ve günlük kullanım için gerekli olan her detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek istiyoruz .

Daha önce konakladığımız bir yerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu hemen nazarköyün girişinde çevresinde oldukça yemek yeri vardı. Huzurlu sakin bir yer keyif aldık. Esim Hanımla iletişim rahattı. İçeri girişte esnek davrandılar. Fakat önerebileceğim şeyler var, mevsimsel olarak Havuzu kullanamadık(temizlenmemişti), duştaki suyun akış miktarı azdı ve ısınma problemi vardı, mutfak malzemeleri çeşitlendirilebilir. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar olarak görüşmek dileğiyle… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!
