Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

This is our second time in this listing and it was conveniently located and pleasant. The building is very near the mall and the guards & lobby feels safe. Although we initially had drainage problems during this stay, the staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue. Parking slot is a plus.

Ma’am Abi is an exceptional host who consistently provides a welcoming and comfortable stay. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at her place multiple times already, and each visit reaffirms our choice. Her unit is impeccably clean, and her responsiveness ensures a seamless experience. Truly, it’s our home away from home whenever we travel.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host and co host are both accommodating, responsive and helpful. The photos are exactly what the place looked like , complete with cooking equipments din , very clean and may free coffee and milk pa. Worth every penny we paid. ☺️💜

The unit was spacious, perfect for our group of 6. The comfort room was clean and truly comforting. We had a lovely stay overall, especially since my son celebrated his 10th birthday there. One small suggestion: it would be great if Ms. Karen could upgrade the kitchenware, especially for guests like us who love to cook. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

His place is everything we needed. It was spacious and everything was provided. The bathroom sink needed a little scrubbing though but overall, the place was comfy to stay at. Thanks Sir Bien!

Our stay is delightful, the check in and check out went smoothly, the place is very beutiful and the room itself is picture perfect. The host is very responsive and all our questions have been answer immediately. The playstation is a big plus we have a lot of fun playing games. The balcony is also good location, you can see the man made beach and the wave pool. I really recommend this place.

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

Ms. jing is very responsive and friendly host. Her place is very convenient, with restaurants and stores within the vicinity. The residences amenities are great. Plus its also near airport area. Do note also the unit have a nice balcony sunset view. This is very good for small families and senior citizens.

I have enjoyed my stay at Marian's place. the unit was very clean and the a/c was great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends n relatives.

The main purpose of booking at this place is to visit vice ganda comedy club and indeed its really near like 2 mins walk plus everything is accessible like laundry house,everything you need is just few steps away just try to contact Ms. grace she is very responsive to all your queries .restaurant as well are just nearby.Grace is very responsive and flexible.The place is homey and spotless .You made our stay comfortable and easy.Thanks will surely book again in the future.
