Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Manila Bay

Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! The owners, Thomas and Rita, warmly welcomed us to their beautiful home and property. April, on of their co-host, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved their place, which is very clean, peaceful and has a huge grounds for a lot of things to do e.g. short trek, exercise, swim, etc. My daughter spent whole afternoon just seating in the veranda, reading and listening to the sound of different animals esp the birds. We were able to do guava and cashew picking as well with Rita’a permission :) She even gave us some bananas from their harvest (which was very sweet and tasty!). We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again!

My family and I stayed at Grace place for 3 nights and we really had a great time. The property has mountain and city view. We enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool (it’s actually bigger than the photo). And Grace is an amazing host, very proactive and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Sir Jeiel's place is a hidden gem. I love the peaceful and private environment it offers. It was good that we were advised to prepare the thing we need ahead of time since it's quite challenging to go out of the rough road. The mini sari-sari store was a savior! Love that they were very honest with what they charged for the items. 💕One thing I could advise for future guests is to make sure you have an insect repellant with you. It's normal to have mosquitoes around specially since there are lots of plants around the area. 😊 We are already planning our next stay. Hopefully, it's a longer one this time. 😍

Found this gem of a place away from the main city. Quiet area, can't miss it from the main road, and no traffic. Big place with lots of air conditioned beds, an indoor living room, good kitchen amenities, clean bathrooms, great and clean pool, lots of parking spaces, and very friendly caretakers. Recommended alternative to tagaytay listings. It's a bit high up the hills so it can get cold and foggy here. Has nearby sari-sari stores for some last minute buys like soft drinks and snacks. Overall great stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, nestled in a lively neighborhood with easy access to malls and public transportation. The apartment itself was immaculate, with tasteful decor that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any inquiries. One highlight was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the entire space felt like a home away from home. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for its exceptional hospitality, prime location, and the delightful experience it offered. I look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.

I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The rooms were spacious, the pool was well-maintained, and the resort offered a peaceful retreat just an hour + from Manila. Ms. Chloey, our fantastic host, recommended a reliable caterer and an extra room, which was a great idea. She was responsive and made the entire process seamless. She even took the time to visit us during our stay to greet us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. lPlace: Very relaxing with a wonderful ambiance. The cabin is fully equipped with toiletries and has its own toilet and bath (with a heater!). We have tried other cabins and farm stays, but this one truly stood out. Service: The owner warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the farm. The owner and staff are very accommodating and cheerful! Food: They have an indoor restaurant! Be sure to try their bulalo and special dessert. They also provided generous servings for breakfast. The dining area was very relaxing, making for a slow and enjoyable morning! Note: The cabin was a bit dusty, possibly due to the linens. They provided bath towels, but they shed a little (likely because they’re new) Overall, our experience was very good and relaxing! It’s a great place to escape the city. A definite go-to destination!

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

Admin is friendly and responsive on our queries. The cabin is clean, homey, peaceful and aesthetic. Medyo mainit lang sa taas ng loft during the day pero sa gabi sobrang lamig naman. Mura na for its price na good for 16 pax :)kumpleto na lahat sa gamit kumot, towels, kitchen utensils, ref, microwave, electric kettle, also may kasama na libre kahoy for the fire pit. The cabin has its own mini pool but you can use also the public pool which is bigger for free. mababait din ang mga admin at caretaker they let us pick some fresh mangos for free. I will recommend this place

The Sylvan was exactly what we expected! Ivy's place is extremely cozy and welcoming. It had ample space, well-appointed furniture and fixtures, and complete kitchen and dining utensils. Ivy even had macaroons prepared to welcome us. My children, nephew and nieces loved the pool, billiard table and the bathtub. They also enjoyed hanging out at the veranda while I enjoyed my Netflix and Prime movies (no need to log-in your own subscription :) ). Ivy is indeed a superhost - easy to talk to, responsive and proactive. I can also say the same thing for her staff - Jeff and Marie. I would highly recommend this place as it is worth what you are paying for.
