My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

My family had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, quiet, and in a great location - close to everything but still peaceful. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Kim was very responsive and flexible to our requests. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Loved our stay at Marietta's villa! A bit out of the city but getting there was easy and it had an amazing view! We were able to sleep 6 people comfortably and enjoyed our stay. John the housekeeper was also a pleasure to work with and he helped our team with loading and unloading and even with some of the food delivery requests and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Place was pet friendly and building security was accommodating to guests. They offered all necessities like bath towels, soap and shampoo, and even toothbrushes. We enjoyed the short stay and look forward to do it again soon.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

Clean, minimal, and necessities are provided. The view to the coast is also nice.

The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

Perfect place to have a staycation. Super clean and the interior looks fantastic. The TV was huge and felt premium. I enjoyed watching Netflix the whole night with my girlfriend. Will definitely love to come back!
